Shipping Policy

All products purchased from Mystic 8 will be shipped within 24 hours of the full purchase price and shipping being recieved Monday through Friday, excluding South African holidays.

Domestic shipping is facilitated through the Courier Guy and will arrive 3-5 business days after shipping to your door.

International shipping is facilitated through DHL worldwide and will arrive 5-7 business days from the day of shipping to your door.

The cost for shipping is evidenced in the online invoice presented at check-out.

Return & Exchange Policy

Crystals and Minerals are mined from the earth. They are seldom perfect in every respect. In fact, it is often their flaws that make them so precious!! We do our best to take comprehensive photographs and supply sizes and weight of every item and place it on our website so you are sure about whatto expect when your crystal or mineral arrives.

If however a crystal or mineral is shipped in such a way as it causes breakage, we will return the cost of the crystal/mineral and postage. If this is the case we will require a photo be sent within 24 hours of arrival to the designated address and a request for a refund. Mystic 8 also reserves the right in such instances to at its election to pay to have the item returned prior to refund being made.
